Joint Commission Accreditation
Haven Behavioral Hospital of Dayton is accredited by The Joint Commission. The Joint Commission is the deeming authority for Medicare certification. Accreditation is awarded after an extensive review by Joint Commission surveyors of the hospital’s patient safety standards, structure of treatment and the management of hospital. All of the Joint Commission’s standards and initiatives are focused on a hospital’s ability to maintain the highest levels of patient safety and quality of care.
